THERAPY

I offer both time-limited 1:1 counselling and more open ended psychotherapy depending on your needs and how we agree to work together. 

I offer face-to-face, telephone and online counselling.

All sessions last for 50 mins
Fees for Counselling and Psychotherapy: £90

I abide by the BACP code of ethics and am a registered member of the BACP.

I attend regular clinical supervision and engage in Continuing Professional Development to enhance my practice.

I am fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity cover.

Initial Consultation

This gives you an opportunity to explore what it is you need, your expectations of therapy and if I offer the right way of working for you.
I will also go through my policies on confidentiality, fee payments, appointment arrangements and cancellations.
